The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate large groups: the lower level includes two king suites with ensuite bathrooms and plush seating, a queen bedroom with direct outdoor access, and a flexible fourth bedroom featuring a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk, and a twin trundle. The upper level provides a versatile fifth bedroom with two twin beds with trundles and a daybed.

Inside, the heart of the home is a large open great room and a chef's kitchen equipped with high-end stainless appliances, a large island with high seating, and a variety of coffee makers including Drip, Keurig, and French Press. For entertainment, the living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV and a large plush sofa. The garage is a dedicated hub for fun, packed with shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, Connect Four, and poker.
