Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that this home contains multiple sets of stairs, including access from the ground level to the first floor and from the first floor to the second floor, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Pets are not allowed at this property.

- Must be 25+ to rent per HOA. -“Quiet Hours” are between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. Please respect the neighbors!
- Must review and sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (prior to check in for any reservations made within 48 hours of reservation) or reservation will be canceled without refund for failure to comply with house rules.
House Rules: -Leaving doors open while the air conditioner is on will cause the smoke alarms to go off and the A/C to freeze up. To avoid a maintenance call and a possible extra charge please do not leave the doors open while the A/C unit is running!
- This property is served by a grinder pump. Do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. Any service call as to a clogged pipe and or service to grinder pump as a result of flushing items will be passed on to the guest.
- No pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a fee starting at $350. -We do not currently have a grill but you are welcome to bring your own. Please note, charcoal grills are strictly forbidden. Only gas grills are permitted.
Departure Instructions: -Load and run dishwasher. Do not leave any dirty dishes in kitchen. -Remove all trash from the property. -For your convenience, we ask that you leave used beds unmade and that you do not strip linens. Towels can be left in the laundry basket near the washing machine.

Ordinances No. 1809 in Gulf Shores and No. 2016-1220 in Orange Beach explicitly state seven reasons, all of which are stated within this listing agreement, to remove any guests or persons present in the property. According to city ordinances passed recently in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, the owner of any vacation rental unit or the owner’s authorized agent may present a license agreement signed by the legal renter and remove from the premises of the unit any person present on the premises of the unit who:
- Illegally possesses or deals in controlled substances as defined under any statute of the State of Alabama;
- Is intoxicated, profane, lewd or brawling;
- Is illegally in possession of alcoholic beverages;
- Indulges in any language or conduct that disturbs the peace and comfort of the occupants of neighboring accommodation units;
- Engages in or allows any intentional or wanton misconduct resulting or likely to result in material damage to the premises of the unit or its furnishings;
- Allows occupancy of the unit by a number of persons exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy number, if any, specified in the written vacation rental agreement; or
- Fails to check out by the time agreed upon in writing by the guest at check-in unless an extension of time has been agreed to by the owner of the unit or the owner’s authorized agent and the guest prior to scheduled checkout.
