Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and a person 25 or older must remain on-site throughout the stay. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Please note that while linens are provided, guests should bring their own beach towels. Parking for U-hauls, trailers, boats, and buses is strictly prohibited.
