The layout includes a huge second-floor loft bedroom—always a favorite for children—and a master bedroom. To invite the fresh sea air inside, the home is equipped with three sets of French doors located in the living room, master bedroom, and loft bedroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the cottage. A main deck wraps from the kitchen to the master bedroom, complete with loungers and a full outside dining table. A second private deck is attached to the loft bedroom, offering an additional vantage point for the breathtaking breezes. For convenience, there is a private outdoor shower to rinse off seawater and a dedicated grilling area with a picnic table located under the house.

Located in the private Cabana Beach neighborhood of Fort Morgan, the cottage is just steps from an uncrowded beach ideal for fishing and dog-walking. Guests receive a parking pass for the private beach lot and have access to the neighborhood fishing pier on Mobile Bay. The surrounding area is wild and untamed, where you may spot dolphins, pelicans, turtles, otters, and even alligators.

For exploration, the historic Fort Morgan site is less than ten miles west, and the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is nearby. You are also within walking distance of The Beach Club resort for shopping, dining, and spa services, while the main hub of Gulf Shores is 12 miles east.
