🏡 House Rules We have put a lot of passion and care into creating this luxurious space. We kindly ask you to treat the villa with the same respect as you would your own home. If anything is unclear, please feel free to contact us to avoid misunderstandings.
Sleeping comfort & linens: Luxury bedding and towels are included. The beds are made up based on the number of registered guests.
Security & Alarm: For your safety, the villa is equipped with a Securitas alarm system. We ask you to always activate this when leaving the property. There is camera surveillance at the access points on the outside (with video recording for security purposes). Of course, there are no cameras inside or near the pool.
Smoke-Free Accommodation: Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace, provided you use the ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Tranquility & Community: Our neighborhood is dear to us. Respect the tranquility of the permanent residents and avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Parties and events are not allowed.
Guests & Visitors: Only registered guests have access to the property. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.
Food & Drink: Please only eat in the dining room or on the terraces to keep the bedrooms impeccable and fresh.
Sustainability: Help us save energy by turning off the air conditioning, lights and electronics when you leave the villa. Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioner is on.
Care for the interior: Handle the furniture with care and do not move it. Report any damage or defects immediately so that we can repair them for you in a timely manner.
Key management: Take care of your keys. If a key is lost, we are forced to charge a €75 replacement fee.
Check-out Etiquette: We ask you to leave the villa tidy. Please do the dishes and dispose of your trash in the containers in the park opposite the villa. This allows us to keep cleaning costs low and avoid additional fees.
