The first-floor master is a lovely retreat featuring a king bed, plantation shutters, and an en-suite bath with a deep soaking tub, separate tiled shower, and a large vanity. Upstairs, guests will find a second master suite with a king bed, wall-mounted HDTV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and double sinks. Two additional bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, are connected by a spacious Jack and Jill bathroom.

The heart of the home is an open floor plan highlighted by gleaming hardwood floors and high ceilings. The living room, anchored by a large sectional sofa and wall-mounted HDTV, serves as a perfect gathering spot. Adjacent is a dining area that seats six and a kitchen equipped with cherry cabinetry, Corian counters, and top-of-the-line appliances. French doors lead from the living and dining areas to a large screened porch overlooking Palmetto Lake, where you can enjoy the abundant wildlife. Situated under the shade of Live Oak trees, the home is just a short walk from the Lake House facility, Tennis Center, and Equestrian Center. The neighborhood pool is also nearby, and a bike path leads toward Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. Beach access is approximately 2.5 miles away, while the Club and Beach Club pools are about 3.5 miles from the property.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are refunded minus $250; cancellations within 30 days result in forfeiture of funds. Monthly winter rentals require a 60-day notice for a partial refund (minus $250).
