Each bunk includes blackout curtains and personal power plugs. Additionally, the home has three living rooms with smart TVs, including a couch that converts into a comfortable queen bed.

One of the standout features is the giant 2,000 square foot patio, which feels like your own private sports bar. This outdoor oasis includes a heated cowboy pool that can reach 100 degrees and fit 10 people, a 65" smart TV, and a Blackstone outdoor griddle alongside a traditional grill. To ensure year-round enjoyment, the space is equipped with a Hessaire outdoor AC, propane heaters, and a fire table, all while offering views of the lively street and downtown buildings.
