Designed for groups and families, the home features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across 3 bathrooms. The interior is centered around a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day of adventure, while the balcony and grill provide excellent spaces for fresh air and outdoor dining.

While the home itself is a peaceful sanctuary, guests have access to the extensive Northstar recreation center. These shared facilities include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, and a seasonal lap pool. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there is an open grill area situated next to a beautiful creek, surrounded by a scenic canopy of pine, fir, and aspen trees. Please note that site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils, and there is a $10 daily fee per person for the use of these facilities.

Located in the heart of the Northstar area, the property is surrounded by year-round activities. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and skating. When the snow melts, the area transforms into a playground for hiking and biking trails. Additionally, the popular North Shore escape of Kings Beach is just five minutes away, offering more opportunities to explore the beauty of California.
