You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay.
If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP – it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests.
Pool: Absolutely NO glass allowed in the pool. Please use plastic cups if you wish to have a beverage while using the pool.
Hot Tub: Please cover the hot tub when not in use and before checking out.
Please dry off using the striped pool towels before re-entering the house. Please do not use the white bath towels at the pool or hot tub.
Game Room: Please refrain from placing drinks on the pool table.
Cowboy Hats: Hats may be used during your stay but must NOT leave the property. You will be held financially responsible for any hat that is damaged or missing.
Trash: Please place all trash/recycling in the appropriate trash bins on the side of the house.
Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY.
No grease in the sink please!
Please remember this property is our house and not a hotel. We’ve put a lot of time and effort into making this house an amazing experience for you as our guests! Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood.
Our cleaning service is hired to only clean linens, bathrooms, and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible.
