This thoughtfully designed layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds—one featuring reverse-cycle air-conditioning and the other a pedestal fan—and a third bedroom with a full bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top) also equipped with a pedestal fan. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light and offers a dining table that seats six. The modern full kitchen is equipped for any culinary adventure, featuring an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso machine. For complete all-season comfort, the home is thermally efficient and fully reverse-cycle air-conditioned throughout. The property also includes a full laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer.
