Facility Usage: The property i s not equipped to function as a medical facility or hospital. All medical treatments must be arranged off-site with appropriate medical professionals. Personal medical equipment i s not permitted on the property.

Car Pass Guidelines: Illegal parking is prohibited and will incur a penalty.

Guest Requirements: Guest Information Sheet (GIS) with valid IDs of guests/companions /visitors along with the acknowledged guest guidelines prior to their arrival. (This will be organized by us but we need all details 1-day prior to check-in or else it may result in the reception not allowing the guest to enter).

Maximum Occupancy: 2 Bedrooms - 5 guests

Visitor Pass: All visitors must first be registered at the front desk and will then be issued a Visitors Pass. Unregistered guests/visitors will be denied entry. The Visitors Pass will have to be returned to the front desk before leaving. Lost Visitors Pass must be immediately reported by the bearer to Property Management.

Elevators: Tampering with elevator controls is strictly prohibited.

Unit Upkeep: Hanging clotheslines or laundry items on balconies and windows is strictly prohibited.

Noise and Fumes: Residents and their guests must avoid noisy or boisterous acts that disturb the peace and order within the condominium premises.

Luggage Storage: Please note that there is no luggage storage available in the lobby or anywhere within the premises. We kindly ask to make alternative arrangements for their luggage storage before and after their stay and always keep the mailbox securely closed.

Lobby Usage: We kindly ask the guests to limit their time i n the lobby to a maxi mum of 15 minutes.

Pet Policy: Guests are not allowed to bring pets in the property.

Smoke/Vape FREE: The Uptown Parksuites Condominium is a SMOKE/VAPE FREE Building and Establishment in compliance with E.O 26-2017 and Taguig City Ordinance No. 15 of 2017.

Pool Guidelines: Pool usage is scheduled for Tuesdays-Fridays, excluding holidays. Weekends and holidays are exclusive for residents and unit owners. Residents can register up to three guests for free pool use. Additional guests cost ₱300.00 per person. Registration prior to usage at the front desk is required. The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance, except when that Monday is a holiday. Schedule of maintenance will then take place the following day.

Spa: Rate per hour for guests: ₱300.00.

Amenity Exclusiveness: The following amenities are exclusive to owners/residents and tenants:
