Designed for large groups and extended families, the home features 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the second floor, including a King Suite with an attached full bathroom and bathtub, a second King bedroom, three Queen bedrooms, and two bedrooms each featuring two twin beds. Five of the seven bedrooms offer obstructed ocean views, providing a beautiful coastal backdrop for your stay.

Inside, the residence showcases original hardwood floors and heart pine beadboard paneling throughout much of the first floor. The main kitchen is equipped with a gas range and generous prep space, complemented by a secondary breakfast room kitchen with a brand-new dishwasher and laundry facilities. Guests can gather around an extraordinary handcrafted dining table transported from Europe by ship in the early 1900s, or relax in the living room with spectacular ocean views. For entertainment, the cozy den features a new 67-inch Smart TV. A true highlight is the expansive wraparound porch, which catches the salty sea breezes to stay wonderfully cool even on the hottest days.

Located directly across from the sand of beautiful Gooch’s Beach, guests have direct access to the beach entrance and the safety of seasonal lifeguards. The location is unbeatable for those who prefer to explore on foot; you can easily walk to downtown Kennebunkport for shopping, galleries, and terrific restaurants, or visit the nearby Webhannet Golf Club.

• Minimum Stay: One week (Friday to Friday)
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking of any kind, and no parties or events permitted. Unauthorized parties will result in fees and possible removal.
• Note: Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable between Memorial Day and Columbus Day. This historic home has not been childproofed.
• Maintenance: Routine lawn care and seasonal mosquito/tick treatments may occur during your stay.
