About Property

Experience the rhythm of the Live Music Capital of the World at Inn Cahoots, a stylish townhome retreat located in the heart of Austin, Texas. This unique hybrid blends the privacy of a residential home with the elevated service of a boutique hotel, capturing the true Austin vibe through creative energy, food trucks, and live music.

Designed for larger groups seeking flexibility and comfort, this spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The layout is thoughtfully divided to balance social interaction with personal privacy; the downstairs area offers a chef's kitchen and open living and dining spaces, while the upstairs houses the sleeping quarters. For added entertainment, guests can enjoy the in-unit wireless music system controlled via iPads, or challenge each other to a game of shuffleboard or ping pong.

While the home is a private sanctuary, you have access to an array of resort-style experiences:

• Rooftop Lounge with stunning downtown skyline views and weekend DJ sets
• Austin Garden & Studio featuring open-air seating, yard games, and food trucks
• The Studio x Fender, a specialized stage and coffee shop designed with Fender Guitar
• Bar Mischief, a hidden speakeasy offering crafted drinks and moody vibes
• A refreshing pool that can transform into a 102-degree hot tub upon request, complete with a champagne and beer fountain

Located in the East 6th Street entertainment district, you are steps away from a vibrant array of bars and restaurants. The property is within walking distance of Historic 6th, Rainey Street, South Congress, and the Downtown Convention Center.
