Policies include a mandatory refundable damage deposit of £250, payable via card before check-in. Late check-in fees apply: £20 for arrivals between 9 PM and 12 AM, and £40 for arrivals after 12 AM; an additional £20 fee applies if arriving two hours after the agreed time. Pets are not allowed, and no baby equipment (cots or high chairs) is provided. Guests are asked to consume electricity and gas mindfully to avoid additional charges for excessive usage. Additionally, the property is equipped with noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring devices.
