For those needing to stay productive, a dedicated workspace is located right beside the coffee bar.

The sleeping quarters are designed for tranquility. Three downstairs bedrooms feature cozy queen beds and ceiling fans, while the loft serves as a dreamy haven with a queen bed, string lights, and meditation mats.

The outdoor oasis is the true heart of the property, featuring a long rectangular pool connected to a relaxing hot tub, a barrel sauna, and an outdoor bar with a mini fridge. Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The primary renter must be 25+ years old with ID verification. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside (minimum $500 fee for violations). Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to respect the neighborhood. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable $208 fee (max 2), provided they are house-trained and crated when alone. Guests with zero reviews must provide a $750 security deposit and sign a renter's agreement. Pool heating is available for $150 the first day and $100 per additional day (unavailable Dec 1–Mar 1). Please note that outdoor bar sinks and the outdoor shower are turned off from December to January to prevent freezing. Late check-outs without approval incur a minimum $150 fee.
