Designed for family enjoyment and relaxation, the layout comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and is located adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For additional sleeping space, two single bunk beds are built directly into the hallway wall. The master bedroom serves as a private retreat with a queen size bed, its own private full bathroom, and direct access to the balcony.

At the heart of the home is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing family meals. Guests can unwind on the spacious balcony that overlooks the lush grounds and one of the community pools. For added convenience, a stack washer/dryer is located in the hallway closet.

While the property is an oasis of comfort, the Horizon South community offers an incredible array of onsite entertainment. Guests can enjoy five pools (including one heated in the winter), a kiddie pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball court, horseshoe pits, a pool table, a workout facility, and mini golf.

Located in a beautiful, family-oriented neighborhood, you are minutes away from top attractions including the Sky Wheel PCB, Wonder Works, and the Bay Point Golf Club. You can also explore the area via an Island Time Sailing dolphin cruise or visit the Duplin Winery.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Mandatory Requirements: Wristbands ($20 each) and parking passes ($25 each) must be purchased at the onsite office and worn/displayed at all times. For stays longer than 10 days, passes are $50 and wristbands are $40.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. Minimum booking age is 25.
• Departure Policy: Guests must vacate by 10:00 AM to avoid a $50 late fee. A non-compliance charge of at least $100 may apply if the property checklist (including trash removal and A/C setting) is not followed.
