Welcome to Your Home Away from Home! We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay with us. To help make your visit comfortable, safe, and enjoyable (for both you and our neighbors), here are a few simple house guidelines.

This beautiful home is very private and secluded on 7 acres with hundreds of feet of shoreline. To preserve beauty and security, please adhere to the following house rules:

Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: After 4:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM • Need extra time? Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Guests & Visitors • This is not a party house. The home is designed for entertaining inside and outside but, if your stay requires more than the home accommodates for sleeping for a limited time for an event, you must clear this event with the property manager prior to your stay. • Only those that are registered with the booked party are to be present after 10PM. • Only registered guests may stay overnight. • Please no parties or large gatherings—we like to keep things relaxed and neighbor-friendly. • The door code provided for your group will only work during your stay. It will activate 2 hours prior to check-in and will deactivate 2 hours beyond checkout time. If it is deemed you left something on the premises after checkout, please notify property manager for arrangement of delivery of left belongings. So please check and re-check before leaving the property for any belongings.

Quiet Hours • Quiet time is from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Please help us keep the peace for everyone to enjoy their stay. Smoking & Vaping • Smoking/vaping is not allowed indoors. • Outdoor areas may be used if permitted—please be mindful and dispose of butts properly. Pets (if applicable) • Pet fees are $99/per pet, for the entirety of your stay with a maximum of two pets.
• Pet fees will be collected with a credit card charge either at the time of the booking or can be charged ala carte after initial booking. • Pets are restricted from furniture. Caring for the Home • Treat the property as if it were your own. • Let us know right away if something breaks—we understand accidents happen! • Please lock doors and windows when you head out. Parking • Park only in the designated spaces. • Please don’t block neighbors or driveways. Trash & Recycling • Mondays are when the garbage and/or recycling is picked up. Both bins are located just outside of the front gate.
• If bins are full before you leave, kindly take trash out to the outside receptacles. Safety First • No open flames indoors (candles, grills, etc.). • Feel free to use outdoor grills/fire pits in designated areas. • Please don’t tamper with smoke detectors or safety equipment. Pool/Hot Tub (if available) • Enjoy, but please use responsibly! • No glass near the water. • Kids must always be supervised. • Kindly close covers when finished. Final Note We want you to relax, recharge, and enjoy your stay. These guidelines are here to ensure everyone—guests and neighbors alike—has the best possible experience.
