Designed for maximum group comfort, the home features 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 24 guests. The main level is highlighted by three master suites, including a dedicated handicap-accessible suite with an accessible shower and toilet. Two other main-level masters feature king beds, with one offering a spa-style ensuite complete with a soaking tub and double vanity. The upper level continues the luxury with three additional king rooms—two of which include twin trundles—and a massive entertainment loft featuring a pool table, wet bar, and two queen trundle beds.

Guests can enjoy an open-concept living area with a leather sectional that seats eight, a gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV. The chef-inspired kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cooler, a drip coffee pot, and a Keurig K-Cup machine, while the dining table comfortably seats 10 with additional island seating for 3.

The outdoor living space is a private resort-style experience, featuring:
