Designed for relaxation and group comfort, the home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Master Suite offers a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, featuring sliding glass doors that open to a patio with breathtaking lake views. The second bedroom is ideal for groups, featuring two bunk beds (consisting of full-size mattresses on the bottom and twin mattresses on the top) and its own private exterior entrance. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located nearby.

The interior is defined by a bright, open-concept living room with soaring vaulted ceilings and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Large windows showcase the stunning surroundings, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining table for six make group meals a breeze. For convenience, the home includes a Smart TV and a washer and dryer.

Every stay now includes complimentary access to the incredible Bar & Game Room, located in a separate building approximately 100 feet away. This one-of-a-kind space features a massive custom-built bar inspired by the 1920s Waldorf Astoria Hotel, a baby grand piano, guitars, and bongos for jam sessions. Guests can enjoy a full-size pool table, ping pong table, and a poker table with chips, or lounge by the large-screen TV to watch Longhorn football. An additional refrigerator is provided for snacks and beverages.

Step outside into a lakefront paradise featuring a massive waterfront lawn, a sand volleyball court, and cornhole. The property provides a private boat dock for swimming and fishing (lake levels permitting). While there are no slips available, guests can tie boats to the side of the dock and utilize the provided water access for unloading.

Nestled in Austin, Texas, the property is minutes away from The Oasis on Lake Travis, The Oasis Texas Brewing Company, Mansfield Dam Park, and various hiking trails and marinas.
