For security reasons, all guests are required to complete BANGTEL's guest verification process and provide a valid photo ID through the BANGTEL boarding pass prior to check-in, regardless of the booking platform used.

The number of people on the property should match the number on your reservation. If you’re planning to invite extra guests, let us know at least 24 hours before they show up.

Please respect the check-in and checkout times listed in your reservation—unless you’ve already worked out a different plan with us ahead of time.

Need an earlier check-in or a later check-out? We got you! Just keep in mind, we can only confirm this 24-48 hours before your arrival, as it depends on the guests checking in or out before/after you. But here’s what’s available:

10 AM Early Check-in = $300 1 PM Early Check-in = $175 1 PM Late Check-out = $175 4 PM Late Check-out = $300

Parking: Heads up: No parking spaces are included with any Chicago rentals. We have 2 parking spots available on-site for $35 per night. These spots are hotter than a downtown coffee shop, so they’re first come, first served.

We’ll send you a map of free nearby parking in our Guidebook. Check out the SpotHero app for additional paid reserved parking in the area.

BANGTEL is not liable for parking tickets, towing, or any damage. Read the signs. Parking fees are non-refundable.

Patio Backyard: The back patio is a shared space between Aloha and Aloha 2.0.

Want the patio all to yourselves? No problem, just ask us to reserve it for you, or go big and book both floors for the ultimate Aloha takeover. It’s free to reserve, but just remember, it’s first come, first served.

Furry Friends & Service Animals: Pets stay with us for FREE! (Yep, you read that right—no extra charge for your four-legged buddy!) Please just let us know if you’re bringing along your furry friend, so we can ensure everything is all set.

We love your furry pals, but they need to be house-trained before they check in. If you leave your pet alone, we ask they are crated.

Pets are not allowed on the couches or beds.

Please clean up after your pets in the yard. There may be an additional cleaning fee otherwise.

Cleanup: Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.

Dispose of all trash in the correct receptacles outside (they’re clearly marked, so no need to guess). If you use the Buffalo Dumpster, they will fine us.

Please leave furniture where you found it or move it back if you do.

Before you go, turn off all lights, shut windows, and lock the doors.

Smoking: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. There’s a $1,000 charge if you’re caught smoking indoors or if we can still smell lingering smoke after you’ve checked out. We’re very sensitive like that and the next guests checking in may be to.. Feel free to light up outside, but please dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately. We appreciate you!

Party Glitter + Confetti: PARTY GLITTER OR CONFETTI IS NOT ALLOWED. Sure, glitter and confetti are the life of the party, but they’re also the nightmare of cleanup. If you bring glitter or confetti inside the property (or anywhere on the premises), our cleaners will charge us a $250 fee.

Photoshoots: Please, there are no professional photos or videos allowed without BANGTEL’s prior written permission. We love a good Insta moment, but if you’re planning to use the property for a commercial or print shoot, please give us a heads up first. Let us know before booking, and we'll let you know if special rates, fees, or conditions apply.

If a photo or video shoot happens without our approval, we’ll charge a fee at our discretion. Not sure if your photography is a professional shoot? Don’t worry, we’re happy to review your work!

Special Occasions: Planning to host an event, like a wedding, corporate function, bridal party, or any shindig involving guests not listed in your reservation?

Additional fees may apply for hosting special occasions, so please let us know in advance and we’ll work out the details with you. We love a good celebration and we also love keeping property in tip-top shape according to few rules we have and will need to review with you.

For any reservation that includes or is associated with an event or gathering, guests are required to provide a refundable damage deposit in the amount of $1,500 (the “Damage Hold”). Please note this does apply to Bachelorette group bookings within the allotted headcount for the property.

Reservations involving an Event are not eligible for the $150 non-refundable damage waiver fee. The Damage Hold is mandatory and must be successfully processed 24 hours prior to check-in. Failure to provide the required Damage Hold may result in cancellation of the reservation and/or denial of access to the property.

Be a Good Neighbor: Please respect the other tenants and neighbors—after all, we're all in this together. Please respect the neighbors by keeping the fun and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

Bunk Beds: Heads up—this unit may contain bunk beds, and while they’re perfect for feeling like a kid again, they do come with a little responsibility. By using the bunk beds, you agree to hold the host harmless for any damage or injury.

For Stays Over 21 Days: Long-term Stays (30 days or longer) may require an additional security deposit that will be returned after your checkout as well as payment for cleaning during your stay.

Lawful and Wifi Terms You agree to comply with all laws, regulations and ordinances in connection with your and your guests’ use of the property. Any illegal or abusive use of BANGTEL’s internet access is not allowed. An email is required for wifi use in some BANGTEL properties, but it is free to use.
