About Property

Welcome to Casa Palmera, a stunning 1885 West Town home in Chicago, Illinois, where Moroccan-meets-tropical design creates an inviting sanctuary for large groups. Whether you are planning a girls' weekend, a family getaway, or a wedding home base, this expansive residence offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury.

Spread across two levels and over 1,800 square feet, the home is thoughtfully configured to ensure everyone has room to relax. The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, accommodating up to 14 guests. The primary suite is a true retreat featuring a king bed, a full pull-out couch, a cozy sitting area, French doors leading to the deck, and an in-suite rainfall walk-in shower. Other sleeping quarters include two queen bedrooms—one with a canopy bed and one with a four-poster canopy bed—and a fourth bedroom equipped with two full beds. The home provides 3.0 full bathrooms, including the rainfall shower and two tub/shower combos, all stocked with essentials.

The heart of the home is the living room, featuring a curved sectional and leather sofa, which opens directly into a vibrant game room. Here, you can rack up the balls on the full-size pool table, settle a score at the dartboard, or enjoy the dedicated coffee bar complete with an espresso machine and Keurig. The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a Wolf gas range, a marble island with stools, and a long dining table that can be converted into a poker or blackjack table with a felt topper.

Outdoor living is elevated with two private decks: a string-lit hideaway with a hammock under a tree canopy and a covered space featuring a fire pit and gas grill. For those working remotely, a dedicated home office with a desk by the window and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi ensures productivity.

Located in the vibrant West Town area, you are just a short trip away from the trendy shops and dining of Wicker Park.
