Designed for year-round comfort, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom and a single top bunk. To ensure a relaxing stay, the entire home is fully air-conditioned and both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The open-plan living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, leading through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to a spacious covered terrace. Here, you can relax on comfortable outdoor furniture and overlook the Mediterranean Sea and palm trees. From this vantage point, you can even glimpse the Las Salinas salt lake, where wild flamingos are visible throughout the year. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, while a private rear terrace provides a washing machine and dedicated space for bicycles.

While there is no private parking, public parking is available directly outside the building and in nearby car parks. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Bed linen and a set of towels (bath, hand, and beach/pool) are provided for each guest. A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request for a small additional charge.
