Jensen's is a true one-stop shop for all your fishing needs, ensuring you have everything required for a successful trip on the water. Guests have access to a variety of on-site resources and services, including:

• Ship store

Located centrally on Captiva Island, the marina provides immediate access to the Gulf waters, blending the rustic appeal of a fishing village with the serenity of a vacation rental. Please be aware that the marina is currently putting the final touches on a renovation process; some maintenance work may occur through March 2025, which could have a minimal impact on the quality of stays.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Stay: Generally a three-night minimum, though special one-night minimum stays may be available through October 31 (excluding blackout dates from 9/2/26 to 9/7/26).
• Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Parking: Boat trailer parking is not available on-site; please contact the marina for alternative trailer parking options.
• Docking: On-site docking is available for an additional fee.
