• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM via meet and greet service. Early check-in may be possible subject to availability and additional costs.
• Late Check-in Fees: €30.00 (20:00 to 23:00) and €60.00 (after 23:00).
• Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Tourist Tax: A mandatory tax of €4.00 per person per night (max €28.00 per person) applies and must be paid before check-in. Children under 13 are exempt.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No parties or loud music. Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. No additional guests are permitted without express permission.
• Requirements: All guests must complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.

Note: The building is currently undergoing maintenance with scaffolding in place until mid-January, which may cause some noise on certain days.
