The layout is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and togetherness. The condo features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The interior is very open, featuring a dining table for 6 and a snack bar with 3 seats. For those who enjoy entertaining, there is a dedicated wine and drinks bar equipped with a separate small refrigerator. The family room and each of the three bedrooms open directly onto an oceanfront balcony, ensuring that every room provides stunning ocean views.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property offers a wealth of community features for your enjoyment. Guests have access to two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool, tennis courts, and an exercise center. For those heading to the sand, there is a convenient bathroom near the beach, a beachfront gazebo with wonderful views and breezes, and grills available on the property. Inside the condo, a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, and beach chairs are available for your use.

Situated in a prime location, Luna Sea is within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, and the Bike Path is very close by for those looking to explore the area.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. While coffee and filters are provided, guests are asked to bring their own laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels. For families, a high chair, portacrib, or toddler floor mattress are available upon request. Additionally, the complex offers two borrow boxes of children's toys. As a reminder to protect our local wildlife, please fill in any holes and knock down sandcastles before leaving the beach to keep nesting sea turtles safe.
