On the second level, the Beach View bedroom offers its own ranch slider and deck, while the Garden View bedroom provides a cozy escape with a private deck that connects to the main outdoor area. The home also includes 1 bathroom located on the second level, featuring a shower and vanity with a separate toilet adjacent.

The lower level is dedicated to socializing and relaxation with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. This space flows seamlessly through a ranch slider to the large main deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor transition perfect for private outdoor dining. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
