The expansive dining table accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the ideal spot to discuss the day's adventures. For sleeping arrangements, the property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs area includes a large master bedroom with a roomy queen bed and private ensuite, while bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed and share a central bathroom. Downstairs provides a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, alongside a third bathroom.

One of the standout features is the large upstairs deck that wraps around the side of the home, providing panoramic views of the ocean stretching toward the hills.
