This private one-room cottage is tailored for comfort and convenience, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 private 3/4 bathroom. Guests can enjoy the independence of a separate stand-alone suite while having full access to the shared amenities of a larger three-unit mountain property. Inside the studio, you will find a private kitchenette, making it an ideal home base for your adventurous getaway.

Beyond the cottage, the property offers a variety of shared features to enhance your stay:

• Two shared hot tubs for relaxing after a day of exploring
• A shared propane firepit for cozy evenings under the stars
• A year-round shared game room located above the garage, featuring a pool table, air hockey, cornhole, and board games

You are just 2 minutes from the Pikes Peak Highway entrance and the North Pole - Santa's Workshop. Other nearby attractions include Manitou Springs (approx. 9 minutes), Woodland Park (approx. 13 minutes), and Colorado Springs (approx. 15 minutes). A scenic 45-minute drive from the highway entrance will take you straight to the Pikes Peak summit.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limited to one vehicle on Pike Road directly in front of the cottage
• Policies: No pets allowed; Minimum booking age is 21
• Important Notes: There is no air conditioning, as the mountain air typically provides cool temperatures. Due to winter weather and potential icy roads, AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended. Please note that guests do not have mailbox access and cannot receive USPS mail at the property. The garage is not accessible to guests.
