The master bedroom upstairs includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. A second upstairs bedroom is designed for kids, featuring three twin beds (including a pull-out mattress and a built-in wall bed) and its own TV. The third upstairs bedroom offers another queen bed, while the fourth bedroom on the main level provides a queen bed and a designated desk area for those needing to work remotely. All bedrooms are appointed with Casper pillows for a restful night's sleep.

Interior & Exterior Highlights The living space includes an open floor plan with two comfortable sitting rooms, each equipped with a TV. A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area for six make meal preparation a breeze. For relaxation, guests can enjoy a luxurious clawfoot tub in the master ensuite, a steam shower in the second bathroom, and a full bathroom on the main level. You are just a 10-minute drive from Manitou Springs, 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods, and less than an hour from the summit of Pikes Peak. Local favorites like The Wines of Colorado are only a short drive away, and nearby hiking trails are readily accessible. A car is recommended for exploring the region.

• Pets: Dogs are allowed with prior inquiry and a $150 fee per pet; cats are not permitted.
• Winter Travel: The cabin is located at 8,000 feet. While roads are plowed, AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended from October to May.
• Safety: Please be mindful of steep stairs inside and outside the historic cabin, which can become slick in rain or snow.
• Neighborhood: Located in a residential area; quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 9 AM.
• Note: The onsite basketball court is not available for guest use.
