While the structured amenities list is currently being updated, the home features a variety of special additions to enhance your stay, including a new game room located in the finished garage area, which was thoughtfully designed by local expert Deb Perkins of Woven Roots. Guests can unwind by the fireplace, enjoy the seasonal fire pit, or challenge one another at the basketball hoop. For ultimate relaxation, the property boasts a private and secluded spa and a hot tub that is heated year-round.

Located in a central area, you are only 5 minutes from Target and Starbucks. The home provides convenient access to the region's most iconic landmarks: the U.S. Air Force Academy is approximately 18 to 20 minutes away, the Ford Amphitheater is 15 minutes away, and the breathtaking Garden of the Gods is between 25 and 30 minutes away. Downtown Colorado Springs is a quick 20 to 22-minute drive, while the Pikes Peak Highway Tollgate is 40 minutes away. For travel, the Colorado Springs Airport is 30 minutes away, and Denver International Airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
