Please note: In month of March those between 10 and 35 years of age I required to purchase a condo security wristband fee price of $30 per person +17% tax. This is not the fee of us as the property owner is from the homeowners association.

We do pre-collect for this fee as a courtesy Otherwise, you must arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM and go to the HOA office and purchased them for all cash. They will not accept a credit card and they only sell them during these times. Kindly plan accordingly, as security will not allow entry to the property or building for anyone without a wristband.
