• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guests must be 21 years or older to book
• No pets or parties allowed
• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 6 cars; street parking is permitted
• Heated pool available for an additional fee of $125/night (3-day notice required)
• Security cameras are located at the front balcony, right side of the home, and back deck for maintenance and security purposes
• A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required
