Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, these residences offer a truly luxurious and comfortable living experience in one of the region's most vibrant hubs.

This sophisticated apartment is designed to accommodate up to 2 guests. The layout features 1 bedroom with a comfy Queen Bed and 1 bathroom. Guests can unwind in the comfortably furnished living room or step out onto the semi-enclosed balcony to enjoy a relaxing view. For those who prefer home-cooked meals, the space includes a fully functional kitchen equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and basic cutlery and utensils. Additionally, a dedicated laundry room is provided, containing a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

To help you settle in, a convenient starter pack is provided, including bed linen, towels (2x bath, 2x hand), a bath mat, a travel amenity kit with shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, as well as initial supplies of toilet paper, facial tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, and milk. Please note that there is no housekeeping or item replenishment during your stay, although extras can be pre-arranged upon request. Guests are kindly reminded to bring their own pool towels.

Located in a fantastic position, the property puts the best of Broadbeach at your doorstep. The casino, various restaurants, and bars are located literally downstairs. You are just across the road from the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, one of the region's largest malls with over 400 stores. A short 12-minute walk leads you to Kurrawa Beach and Surf Club, and the G:link Light Rail stations (Broadbeach North and South) are just minutes away, making exploration effortless.

• Rules: No pets, no smoking ($150 fine), no parties or events ($500 fine), and no Schoolies bookings. No baggage storage available.
• Fees: Late check-out incurs $50 per 15 minutes; lost keys incur a $300 replacement fee; lockout assistance fees apply.
