Designed with an open area concept, the home is perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings in. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, while the guest rooms—one featuring a queen bed and another with two twin beds—share a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping space, a sunroom with barn doors for privacy provides a cozy daybed.

Living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen with a bar for two, a dining room with a round table seating six, and a spacious living room featuring a 55-inch TV. For convenience, there is a walk-in laundry room complete with a washer, dryer, and storage shelf.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a morning coffee on the covered back porch with ample seating, soak in the 6-person hot tub, or gather around the wood fire pit to watch the stars at night.

Nestled on a quiet, quaint street, the bungalow is perfectly positioned for exploration.
