Two additional queen bedrooms on the main floor each offer an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private patio. Upstairs, guests will find a bedroom with two twin beds (convertible to a king) and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a final bedroom featuring two queen beds and a tub/shower combination bathroom. A convenient half bath is also located off the living room.

Inside, a bright, open floor plan connects the living and family rooms, both of which feature plush seating, smart TVs, and sliding doors opening to fairway views. The stylish kitchen is equipped with a gas range, a bar island, and an eat-in table overlooking the pool courtyard. For entertainment, the garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room with a ping pong table, foosball, two arcade machines, and a new mini-split system for comfort.
