Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM via a secure self-check-in process. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests are provided with an initial set of essentials, including two "Züri-Säcke" garbage bags, one kitchen towel, two rolls of toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and four coffee capsules. Additional sets are available for an extra charge.

As this is a multi-family residence, guests must adhere to the following house rules:

• Quiet Hours: Please close doors quietly and keep audio levels low. Showering or bathing is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
• Waste Disposal: Only official "Züri-Sacks" may be used in the courtyard containers; failure to do so may result in a CHF 100 fine from the city.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• General: No bicycles or items may be left in the hallways or basement. Please ensure proper ventilation of the space and clean the laundry appliances after use.
