Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. Pets are not allowed. Please note that town quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway; however, parking on the street or unimproved surfaces like grass or pine straw is prohibited. As this home is in the gated community of Sea Pines, a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation, and additional passes may be purchased for $20 per week. Other important notes include: the fireplace is not for guest use, the pool is not heated and lacks safety equipment, and a beach renourishment project is planned for 2025 that may impact the nearby beach area between November 2025 and May 2026.
