• These house rules are to ensure all of our guests have as pleasant a stay as possible, while helping to ensure that we consistently deliver an exceptional experience to all of the guests we are fortunate enough to host. • Carefully read the check in and parking instructions to avoid confusion. • Ensure the reservation includes all guests who will be staying overnight, even if only for a single night. • Park only in your designated space(s). • No unregistered or unapproved visitors are allowed. The capacity is the same number who can stay overnight. • No parties are allowed under any circumstances. Small gatherings may be approved with proper notice. • Quiet time is 8 pm. Be mindful, respectful, and courteous of all others, at all times, including neighbors. • Do not leave children unattended or supervised. • There is no recycling, all trash goes in the trash can. All trash must be bagged before going into the tote • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home, nor in sight of any children outside the home. Cigarette butts must be properly and safely disposed of outside of the premises. • No illegal substances at any time are allowed on the property. • Take care not to stain towels or linens. Stains not reported upon check in will be administered a stain fee for special treatment and additional washing. • Use the provided black makeup towels to remove makeup. • If furniture must be rearranged, please do so carefully, and then place it back in its original location. • Please immediately report any damaged or broken items. We understand accidents happen, but would prefer to avoid future guests from a less than wonderful experience because something was not reported. • Thoroughly wash all used dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. • Dispose of all trash in the tote(s) under the carport. Ensure all trash is bagged and not loosely thrown out. • Clean and cover the grill thoroughly after use. • Please be respectful of the property, and the cleaning staff who come in behind you. They work tirelessly to get everything prepared and ready for the next guests, often times in advance of check in times. • There are no pets outside of special approval. The only pets allowed are dogs, they must be crated at all times while the owner is away, or brought with them. They must stay off of all furniture, leash walked regularly, picked up after, and a $25 per night pet rent will be added to the stay. The guest is responsible for immediately reporting and paying for any damage caused. All grooming and flea and tick protocols must be current before check in.
