The primary suite offers a restful escape with a king-size bed, direct deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second guest room provides a plush king-size bed and large closet storage, with a dedicated hallway bathroom nearby. The third bedroom is a custom bunk room featuring a queen-over-queen bunk bed and its own en-suite bathroom, providing a fun setup for children or friends.

Inside, an open floor plan connects the inviting living area—complete with a plush sofa and Smart TV—to a completely renovated kitchen. The culinary space boasts brand new stainless appliances, quartz countertops, a breakfast nook seating five, and a kitchen bar with six additional seats. A corner dry bar is also available for preparing drinks.

Step outside to your own private oasis, featuring a pool with a soothing waterfall feature, a spacious deck with an outdoor dining area for six, a BBQ grill, and a cozy firepit with seating for six, all set against serene wooded views.

• Pets: Allowed (1 dog ≤ 60lb or 2 dogs total ≤ 100lb). Non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs.
• Parking: Space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. One paid car pass for the gated community is included; additional passes are $20 per week.
• Rules: Minimum rental age is 25. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
• Extras: Beach towels, beach cart, and 4 beach chairs are provided. Pool heating is available for $50 per day.
