About Property

Discover the ultimate coastal getaway at Sandpiper Retreat, a stunning designer home situated in the quiet north end of Sandbridge in Virginia Beach. Experience an upgraded stay managed by New School Hosting, where the focus is on providing a superior guest experience far beyond the standard property management approach.

This expansive residence is designed for large groups, featuring 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include four King bedrooms, two rooms each featuring two Queen beds, and a dedicated bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin beds. The layout is thoughtfully spread across multiple levels to maximize space and privacy.

On the main level, you will find a living room with an electric fireplace and a fully renovated interior. The heart of the home is the large eat-in kitchen and a separate dining room, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests between the table and bar. For entertainment, the massive game room is a standout feature, equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, 74" TV, two arcade machines, and a working jukebox. The primary suite on this level offers a large ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a tile shower, and a jacuzzi tub.

The upper level provides additional sleeping quarters, including a King bedroom with a private balcony and another King bedroom featuring a massive closet that doubles as a workspace.

Outdoor living is a priority at this retreat. The ground level features a private saltwater pool (available 3/30/26 through 10/9/26) with a daybed and multiple loungers, alongside a new 2024 hot tub open year-round. Guests can relax in the lounge area with egg chairs or enjoy the screened-in room, which houses a ping pong table and two large picnic tables.

Located in the coveted north end of Sandbridge, the home is just a five-minute walk to the beach via a quiet street. This area is prized for being quieter and less crowded than the south end due to the lack of public parking.
