The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom equipped with two double beds, and a convenient pull-out sofa in the living area to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest. The open and inviting interior is filled with natural light, while the private balcony offers beautiful views of the sparkling ocean and lush surrounding grounds, creating a serene spot for your morning coffee.

While the interior is designed for relaxation, the community offers an array of exceptional features. Guests have direct beach access via a community walkway and can enjoy a large oceanfront pool and community grills. For those seeking adventure, the area provides easy access to world-class golf, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, and scenic bike trails. To enhance your stay, the villa includes 4 complimentary adult bikes and 4 backpack beach chairs.
