A signed electronic contract is required to be completed and returned to Beachside HHI.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.

Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. $350 of accidental damage coverage is provided as part of your booking, but you must notify us of the damage prior to your departure.

Parking: One complimentary gate pass is included. Additional passes are available for $19 per week. Please see the listing for the maximum number of cars allowed. You must park on hardscaped areas of home. Parking on grass, pine straw, mulch or other landscaped areas is not permitted.

Pool Heating: Pool heating is available on certain properties at an additional charge and must be arranged at least 7 days prior to your arrival. The charge will be based on the season, the size of the pool, the type of pool heater, and prevailing rates at the time of your rental. Due to unforeseen mechanical problems with heating of pools, we will refund unused heat fee, but no adjustment will be made to rental rate.

Electric Transportation: Low-speed electric vehicles or modes of transportation, including golf carts, street-legal LSVs, electric bikes, scooters, electric skateboards, one-wheelers, etc., are not permitted in Sea Pines. (Golf carts, are of course, allowed on the golf courses, but you cannot rent or bring your own golf cart.)

Permissible Vehicles: The Sea Pines community does not permit the operation of motorcycles or motorized scooters, except for approved handicapped conveyances. (For approval, call Sea Pines CSA Security directly.) Oversized transport vehicles, vans, trailers, or commercially marked vehicles are not permitted in residential areas, including driveways, overnight.

Pet Policy: Pets are prohibited in our homes and villas unless otherwise stated. If you are found violating this Policy, we reserve the right to cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling immediately. You will forfeit all monies for the balance of their stay and incur a minimum penalty of $1000.

Pet-Friendly Properties: If a property is pet-friendly, the pet fee can a $275 per pet, per stay, plus taxes

Emotional Support Animals: Emotional support animals ARE NOT service animals. Pet fees apply for emotional support animals. ESAs are NOT ALLOWED, under any circumstances, at non-pet-friendly houses.

Service Animals: Service animals must be disclosed before booking. Pet fees do not apply to bonafide service animals.
