The Primary Owners' Suite boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower, plus private patio access. The Queen Suite features two queen beds with flat-screen TV, private patio, and access to a remodeled bath with tile shower. The Second Owners' Suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, private patio, and ensuite bath with separate shower and soaking tub. The fourth bedroom provides a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. All TVs come equipped with Roku for streaming entertainment.

Sea Pines Resort offers world-class amenities including four championship golf courses like Harbour Town Golf Links, tennis and pickleball courts, and miles of biking and walking trails. Beach access is only a mile away, offering pristine sand and gentle waves, with a complimentary shuttle service to Sea Pines Beach Club running from late March through Labor Day. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. The property is pet-friendly with a $400 non-refundable pet fee - dogs must be kept on leash in the unfenced backyard and off furniture and beds. Three Sea Pines Resort parking passes are included for gated community access, with additional passes available for a fee. Pool heating is available October through April for $110 per night, and hot tub heating year-round for $35 per night. Starter amenities include bath towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics. No smoking, trailers, motorcycles, or e-bikes permitted. Please do not move furniture between rooms.
