The second king suite features a king bed, TV, and private attached bathroom with glass shower. The queen suite includes a queen bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The double room provides two double beds, TV, and access to a shared bathroom with glass shower.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in hardscaped areas only, with the garage not accessible to guests. One complimentary gate pass is included, with additional passes available for $19 per vehicle per week when ordered 48 hours in advance. The primary guest must be 25 years or older, and the property is 100% non-smoking. Pets are not permitted, though trained service animals are welcome at no additional cost. Pool and spa heating is available for additional fees, with spa-only heating ranging from $250-350 per week and combined pool and spa heating from $800-1,300 per week depending on the season.
