This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure everyone has a place to relax: Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and smart TV; Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 3 is a haven for kids or groups with a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk; Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom; and Bedroom 5 provides a queen bed and smart TV. For added convenience, the home includes two ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a half bathroom on the main living level.

Step outside to discover your own private oasis, featuring a private outdoor pool with loungers and a furnished patio for sunny lounging. The outdoor space is completed by a BBQ grill and seating for effortless cookouts. Inside, a bright main living area serves as the heart of the home, equipped with a smart TV for movie nights and board games for family fun. For those needing to stay connected, there is a laptop-friendly workspace for easy remote check-ins. The full kitchen is ideal for preparing beach-day snacks and everyday meals.

Located in a central Hilton Head position, you are just a quick drive from the sandy shores of Coligny Beach Park, the playgrounds and splash pads of Lowcountry Celebration Park, and the dining and shopping at Coligny Plaza. The area is also fantastic for exploring island bike paths and golf courses.

• Parking: Space for up to 4 vehicles (passes required at gate); garage is not for guest use
• Pets: Pet-friendly (max 2 pets) with a $150 fee per pet; must be pre-approved
• Pool: Pool heat available for $175/day (48-hour notice required); pool is not fenced, please supervise children
• Rules: Must be 21+ to book. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM. The fireplace is decorative only.
