The layout includes two king bedroom suites, each boasting private porch access with marina views, dedicated bathrooms with separate makeup vanities, and custom blackout shades for restful naps. The other two bedrooms are designed as a custom bunk-room for kids, featuring shiplap walls and a lockable pocket door. One room contains two Twin XL bunk beds plus a trundle for five guests, while the other offers a queen bed with a twin XL lofted bunk. For convenience, all bedrooms are located on the same floor.

The heart of the home is an immaculate living and kitchen area featuring shiplap ceilings, quartz countertops, and a stained white oak island. The space is furnished with high-end pieces from West Elm, CB2, Pottery Barn, and LoveSac. A grand live oak dining table provides ample space for eight people or for completing a puzzle.

Entertainment is center stage here. The downstairs features an enclosed game room and pool bar space equipped with arcade machines like Golden Tee, Hoop Fever, and Pac-Man. Outside, you will find a secluded private pool with built-in barstools, Ledge Lounger chairs, and an outdoor TV. The fun continues with axe throwing, outdoor ping-pong, pool basketball, ring toss, and cornhole.

Conveniences are abound, including a 6-seater golf cart to explore the town, a commercial Sonic ice machine, an EV charger, an outdoor shower, and built-in Sonos speakers throughout the home.

Centrally located in town, you are just one minute by golf cart to the grocery store, two blocks from favorite restaurants and coffee shops, and only four minutes from the beach via Beach Street or Avenue G. Port Aransas is a gem of the Texas Gulf Coast, offering everything from the Nature Preserve and dolphin tours to the Texas SandFest.
