Designed for families and groups, the home features a thoughtfully planned layout across two levels. The open-concept main floor serves as the heart of the villa, featuring a bright living room, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for entertaining. The primary suite is conveniently located on this main level, boasting a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and direct access to a large private deck. Both the living area and primary bedroom open onto this serene outdoor space, where you can take in peaceful lagoon views or enjoy a meal prepared on the gas grill.

Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements are tailored for versatility. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second utilizes two twin custom bunks over two queen beds, both sharing a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
