Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. The minimum age limit for this unit is 25. Please note that Shipyard is a gated community; one gate pass is included with your reservation, and additional passes are available for $45 each. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. A guest portal must be completed prior to arrival for verification and rental agreement signatures.
