The fourth bedroom is whale-themed, featuring a full bed and a pull-out twin trundle. The bathrooms include a subway tile walk-in shower in one and a tub with tile walls in the other.

Inside, the spacious living room is anchored by a leather sofa and a large 65-inch HDTV. The renovated kitchen is a highlight, boasting quartz counters, a shimmering glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a concrete countertop island. For outdoor living, guests can relax on the spacious screened porch—complete with an electric fireplace and 55-inch HDTV—or enjoy the large landscaped yard. The backyard is a true paradise, featuring a 13' x 35' sports pool with a tanning ledge and bubbler, a putting green, corn hole, a hammock, and a platform swing over a sand box.
