The Primary Suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, desk, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom also provides a king bed with shared hall access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. For additional guests, the second guest bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (full beds on the bottom and twins on top), a Smart TV, and a collection of children's books and games.

Living spaces include a cozy living room with a large sectional sofa and Smart TV, and a formal dining room that seats six, complemented by four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. Outdoor living is highlighted by a back deck with a BBQ gas grill, outdoor seating, and an oversized umbrella, as well as a tranquil front courtyard.

Located in a prime area, the property is just a short walk to the George Fazio Golf course and a scenic 7-10 minute walk over a bridge to pristine beaches. Guests have access to the resort's world-class activities, including three championship golf courses, a top-rated tennis and pickleball center, 50 miles of biking and jogging trails, and an 11-mile saltwater lagoon for kayaking or canoeing. A seasonal complimentary Dunes Buggy Shuttle is also available for easy navigation.

• Restrictions: No smoking, parties, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or sprinter vans. Commercial signage vehicles are not permitted overnight unless in a garage.
• Notes: Starter amenities are provided but not replenished. Professional pest control is performed monthly.
